What's next after you are born-again? As babies grow, they go through various developmental stages. They don't talk
from birth because there's specific equipment that they haven't developed, yet. Their brains, ears, and mouths have to have
a little more time to develop before they will be able to perceive, understand, and communicate as adults and older children
do. You need certain equipment to re-learn and develop into a whole and mature member of the Body of Christ. Without
this equipment, your growth will be stunted and you will not be able to live life more abundantly for very long.

The Word of God You must be joined to a local church membership under a pastoral ministry team that is a good
under-shepherd to watch out for your proper development -- both in your spirit and in your soul. If they are not preaching
and teaching the Word of God in a way that you can understand and grow from it, then you need to move on so that your growth
doesn't stagnate or become stunted. Your new birth makes you a new-born, a babe in the spirit. You will re-learn
how to live in many aspects of your life, but this time it will be from the perspective of the Word of God, not from the perspective
of the world's way of operation. For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for
he is a babe. --Hebrews 5:13 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.
--1Peter 2:2 Prayer You spoke to God through prayer when you received salvation. This
is your tool for two-way communication with God, a dialogue. Receiving the gift of Tongues from the Holy Spirit Baptism will
truly give this area of your Christian walk a real POWER boost. (See COMMUNICATION and REFERENCE.) Fellowship
As members of the Body of Christ, we were never meant to be alone in our walks with God. Your relationship
with him is personal, and He's already given you brothers and sisters that share the same type of devoted relationship so
that you can help each other stay encouraged and stay focused. (See COVENANT.) Now ye are the body of Christ,
and members in particular. --1 Corinthians 12:27 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together,
as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. --Hebrews
10:25 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in
prayers. --Acts 2:42
